tunze nano wavebox issues

I am having an issue with my nano wavebox. It appears to be the connector from the controller. basically when powered on, the pump pushes in one direction, and thats it. no push pull, just push. If i plug into the second controller plug, it's fine, and works like it should. any ideas? should I just send it in?

Larry, the wavebox only push but no pull. The reason it looks like it was pulling because the water go back inside the box during the off cycle. I guess what you are saying is the wavebox pushing continuously without stop?

Your controller master cable has problem. Just send the controller in to get it fix. Honestly the slave cable work just as well unless you want to run 2 waveboxes..

As Steve said, I suspect one of the wires of the cable has come unsoldered from the board.
