tunze on profilux vs vorthech

hey all...

i run vortechs on my 150 tank now and like them

i am going to a 96inchx32x28 and trying to decide what to do ...

more vortechs or switch to tunze 6205's and have the wave function controlled by the profilux

i know the interface for vortech will be coming out but what would work better in a big tank

Both will have the same control abilities really so i comes down to personal choice and cost.

What will be the thickness of walls on your new tank? When you go with a large tank you will need to take wall thickness into account. If you are planning on using anything larger than 3/4 inch than your only choice is Tunze.

i think they are sticking with 1/2 so no issue on the thickness part

You might want to rethink a 1/2 inch thick tank with those dimensions.
