Tunze Osmolator 5017 - Not Working

Most likely the power supply has failed or has a corroded tip so it does not make contact. I would check the tip, particularly the inner hole which is the positive, it should be shiny nickel plate. Generally even if the controller has failed it will still light up and give an error light pattern. How old is it? Do you have any reason to believe the power supply may have gotten wet?
