My osmolator isnt pumping fresh water no more face lights up what can be the issue?

Most likely culprit is a dead power supply or one where the tip has corroded (part that plugs into the controller) these are ruined almost instantly if they are plugged into the wall and the tip lands in saltwater, the DC current and salt strip the plating and almost instantly corrode the tip so the contact is very poor. How old is it? Does the power supply tip look corroded at all, especially the inner or + contact?

No its not corroded the head unit powers up im thinking its the pump not sure its a few years old

That is likely then, have you tested the pump with a 9V battery? If it won't run then, the pump is definietely dead.

Just touch the pump wires to the terminals on a 9V battery.

Yes, but I thought it was 3 years old? The warranty is 2 years.
