Tunze Osmolator Nano (3152) won't shut off

I had a tiny snail get caught in my float switch, and the pump failed to shut off. When I took it apart to clean it up, I discovered that after it hit the 1.8 minute safety shut off, it would cycle back on after about 10 seconds and run for another 1.8 minutes. This went on for 15 minutes before I finally just unplugged it and came to write this.

Thoughts?

Cheers.

I have seen this before, it is a type of circuit board damage which causes a reset due to a surge, I would send the unit in for repair/replacement. In general we would assume a faulty pump or power supply is the root cause of the board damage so you would want to include those as well.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't see an address in my paper work for where I need to send it. Can you help with that?

Thanks again.

Well now I feel like an idiot. I forgot to update my location after moving back to the U.S. I'm actually in Phoenix, AZ now. :o

I'm guessing, by following the link that you gave, that I'll send this to you. Right?
