Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152

Dear Tunze,

I bought Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 Auto Top Off ATO in Aug 2015.
It stopped from a few days ago.

I tested motor with 9V battery and it worked. I hear clicking sound when I move the top-off switch.
Could you tell me which part cause the issue?

It is still under warranty so I would send it in, as long as the controller or power supply did not get wet it would be repaired under warranty. The battery test is not a sure thing, really it only gives you an answer if the pump does not work. If it works it could still draw more power than the controller will allow it to get. The controller could also be burned out.
