Tunze osmolator

I have a tunze osmolator that is not working right. the operating senser is under water and the control box is reading that the water is low. i have tried cleaning is off, even though i got it yesterday, it continues not to work right. what should i do?

If it is brand new, this is normal, the sensor is plastic and repels water, the plastic needs to be seasoned by time, or by rinsing in hot soapy water. Also, if you have a microbubble problem, it just isn't going to work and you need to solve that..

hey it worked, i soaked it in hot water and it works fine now
