Can both sensors be secured to a sump by way of a Tunze magnet?

Not without some custom work. The float valve is a magnetic switch and must be several inches from the magnet to work. You can screw the mounting rail to a 6025.50 magnet holder and place the float at the top and be successful with that installation but the float must be at least 5-6" away from any magnet.
