Hi,
I have an Osmolator that stopped working. Where do I send it to get it repaired?
Everything works except the low water level function which turns on the metering pump. The low water level light (yellow) does not come on when the sensor is out of the water. I've cleaned the sensor and it seems fine it just won't turn on the pump.
With the sensor submerged the green water level light still works and the high water float switch still sets off the alarm and activates the red light.
