Tunze parts i ordered

I ordered 2 tunze transformers from you guys and i recieved an email stating that you had the items in stock, and it would be shipped out the next buisiness day. (I did put the email/contact me if the item was not in stock. Not any responces so i thought it was a go) I am leaving the order in place as i dont have a problem with you good folks.
Now i have ordered quite a few times from you guys and i expect to do more when needed. Actually i just bought almost 200 dollars of stuff from ya today.
You guys have always been timely and provide a good service.

Now i called today to get a time frame so i could expect when i would recieve them, and was told that they were backordered and would be dropshipped from texas.
I am not trying to make a big deal out of this, But i dismantled a closed loop because i was expecting them early this week.
Tunze says it will be a couple weeks before he could get them.
So now i am waiting almost 3 weeks for parts that i need because i took down a pump system based on your email that you had the item in stock.
I know its my fault for taking it down and selling the pump, But please let people know when something isnt in stock.

I apolgize for the breakdown in our system. Sometimes there is a lack of communication. We believed we could dropship the items without a problem, but found out that Tunze was also out of stock on the item. I realize that this has caused you inconvenience, and please accept my apologies that the order did not ship as planned. We never intended to cause you any undue stress.
