Tunze Parts shipping info????

On sat the 10th I ordered a 6200.700. i have never ordered from Tunze and was wondering is it normal not to get a email or any conformation on the status of the order. just wondering.

We did ship your parts on the 12th. Yes, we don't normally send any sort of shipping confirmation unless there will be a delay. It is just me and one employee and I simply don't have the time to write everyone a confirmation, as a general rule all orders are shipped within 24hrs after they are placed.

thanks. it just felt like their was something else i had to do to finish the order. just wanted to know that my order was successful. thank you.

You should always get an invoice when you place the order, a lot of times they end up in a spam filter. If you don't get an invoice, it usually isn't successfully placed.
