Tunze Percentages

I had asked this question a LONG time back; about the percentage the pumps can be drive by a controller and at that time the values where 0 (off) and 30-100%. It was said that 1-29 would result in pump burn out. This was based on the 6202 pump (when I asked the question).

My question is specific to the new 6205, 6305 series; do they has the same limit or can they be driven below 30% without causing pump damage?

The same holds true for the 6205 and 6305, they may be able to handle 25%, but 30% is the lowest we recommend. Just like a top or gyroscope, when the speed gets too slow you lose the centrifugal force that keeps it stable.
