Roger I have a 6000 and a 6080, looking at this tank where would you place them? TIA for your help, possibly adding another 6000 soon. Its my new 120

Very Nice! I would place one in each back corner below your eductors and aim them to the front center pane.

Is that PVC rack only for spacing or is it plumbed to provide flow? I ask because I have a 1.5yr old starboard reef and I have some issues with algae and lots of detritus accumulating under the rock. I know I need more flow and to work on reducing the nutrient load but just curious how you set it up. My tank is a 120 and I have a 6100 and a wavebox, the downfall has been that the rock is a dense structure and debris accumulates in the corners and behind it and I have not been very good about siphoning it out.

Basically its a rock rack , I had a similar issue to what you are describing, My old tank had these same 2 Tunzes forcing water underneath the rocks to keep the area clean. On this tank I piped in 2 Penductors pointed under the reef rack to accomplish the same thing. Makes a world of difference. I try to have the flow rolling over and over the rocks, have I made sense, LOL.

That makes sense, I plan to keep siphoning and doing some water changes, running phosphate remover and maybe add a 6060 to get the flow up. Things have improved since I started making some corrections to my lax maintanence. If that doesn't work i may consider a rack like that.
