Tunze power supply bad

I received my first 6105 earlier this week and set up went really well. I just got my second one and set up has been more frustrating

Basically the pump did not turn on. Through trouble shooting of my own I have determined the power supply is not functioning correctly. I came to this conclusion by hooking up the one working pump with the new one and vis versa. Basically the first power supply worked on both pumps and the second power supply didn't work on either pumps.

The LED light on the suspected bad power supply does not light up like the good one. When I removed the jumper on good power supply I clearly see a red LED light. Now when I remove the jumper on the suspected bad power supply it appears very faint. As if there are two LED light indicators. On the suspected bad power supply it looks like red LED light is only on the left side.

Any suggestion how to get this working or is th power supply really bad and need a replacement? Thanks

If you bought these new, I wouldn't even try to mess with it. Get a replacement. Tunze customer service is great.

Then there's no doubt about what you should do. Get a replacement. The store should probably take it back on warranty assuming the power supply didn't go swimming (did that with an MP40. $200 screw up).

No water damage, I was worried it was something I would have to return. Guess I'll have to wait to see how my flow is with two of these guys

Appreciate the offer but I still have a MP40 I am trying to sell along with a few other power heads I could use

Great! I may take you up on that depending how long they can replace the power supply. I'll pm you tomorrow after I speak with them
