I have yet to find a noise problem that is not solved by a new impeller if it is from inside the pump and not vibration, this is all you likely need, I would contact your dealer or Xenia for a new impeller under warranty, 1073.047_A.
Outside the US we cover the part but not the shipping, I will send the part, we can send it direct to you for the actual cost of shipping by whatever method you prefer or we can send it to Marine Depot to be added to a future order at no charge. Technically, US Tunze product should not be exported.
Is this a new pump or an older pump that was quiet and has gotten noisy? The comment about the stand would lead me to believe there is some reverberation involved, anything you can do to isolate the pump contacting a hard surface directly will go a long way to reducing noise.
In general, the only moving part and source of noise is the impeller. If the pump is quiet when run isolated, like suspended in a bucket, the noise is likely due to the pump or attached plumbing vibrating against something and short connections of flexible tubing and a pad under the pump, making sure the sides do not touch a hard surface will greatly reduce the noise.
