Hello,
I have a Tunze Recirculation Pump Silence Electronic 1073.050 that I purchased about a year and a half ago. I recently upgraded tanks and I think in the process of setting up the new tank some water may have damaged some of the electronics. In particular, I believe water may have got in the small black control speed box. My pump is now 'revving up' and down randomly, and I can't seem to replicate when it does it, but it happens often (about a dozen times a minute). Because of this, its causing a major issue with draining because I have to constantly adjust my gate valve to the point that I can't use the pump.
Has anyone else experienced this issue before, and is there any remedy or replacement part I can try before having to purchase an entire new pump (which I'd prefer not to).
