Tunze Reef Salt

I just saw this on Marine Depot and ordered a couple of boxes. I have been using Tropic Marin Reef Pro salt previously. Any feedback or info on the Tunze product and how it stacks up against the other salt brands out there?

mdvistnes, the tunze reef salt are very similar with Tropic Marin Pro. except Potassium a bit higher and Mag around 1300+

Just be sure to mix the dry salt very thoroughly, or ideally mix it all at once. The salt settles in the container so the Mg and Ca rise to the top and KH settles to the bottom.

Is that mainly an issue with the buckets, or does one need to mix the bags as well? I haven't noticed anything off in the parameters when I mix half the bag. Any news on the new packaging that you can share yet?

The buckets are more susceptible, the bags are sort of vacuum packed so things can't shift and settle like in the buckets.
