tunze repair

I have 2 tunze 6105 than need repaired. Problems in the control box.Does any one repair them?

Yes, are these 6105 or 6100? I am not sure what you are referring to as the control box? The components consist of a pump with the connector/junction box on the end of the cord and a power supply. The older 6100 had an aluminum driver box, maybe that is what you are referring to? Can you elaborate on the problem?

The aluminun driver box sparks and has an audible high pitch.I have cleaned the pumps very well in distiled vinegar.

OK, that would be a 6100. These are no longer made and the parts supply for major electrical parts is very limited, we have some used drivers and transformers and the prop assemblies and plastic parts are still made. Motors are no longer available. I would send it in and if we cannot repair it we typically do a discounted upgrade to the current equivalent 6105.
