Tunze salt: Opinions?

I won a free bag of it from Tunze and received it earlier in the week..
Well, its about .50/gallon to mix it but I like it. I mixed up 10 gallons today to test it and so far the alk, calcium, and ph were right on the mark of what I am used to getting with Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt. It mixes very quickly. I am used to paying around .32/gallon for Tropic Marin but I doubt that I will spring for the Tunze salt (Premium Aquatic sells it).

i got a free bag also... my parameters for the big three were

calc. 420
alk 10
mag 1260

salt was mixed to 1.026. I did a water change of about 10 gallons on my 120 gallon mixed reef and the salt didn't seem to bother anything. I guess only time will show any positive or negative effects. Looking forward to doing a few more water changes.

There is a hole thread in the tunze forum where people are posting their results from the free bags that were given out. So far the parameters look pretty good. As far as how your tank reacts to it, the salt has not been out long enough for anyone to know. The only draw back I see is the price. I think allot has to do with the value of the dollar vs the euro. Probably not the best time to start selling this salt here but it does look promising.
