Tunze set up help

I am trying to install two tunze 6105 on to my profilux.
I have the tunze 1 & 2 cables and the splitter. First I hooked up my cable to the L3,4 port then I put the splitter then I connected the tunze cables to that.In 1-10 interface I labeled the pumps L3 current pump 1 and L4 current pump 2 I put my settings as both pumps in group 1for some reason one pump responds the other just stays on full no matter what I do???HELP

i think you are supposed to set one to group 1 and the other to group 2

Swap the cables and see if the problem moves from 1 pump to the other.

The pumps should be in the samp pump group.

I'd set them to Permanent Opposite (at least for testing)

Also ensure you have defined them.
and set the L ports to 3-8 v

before checking the pump settings I recommend to check if the wiring is OK and if the pumps react as expected.

Therefore set the function again to illumination 3 & 4, then use the "light scenarious - manual illumination" to proof if you can change the pump speed with the sliders I3 and I4.
We will go from there.

Agreed check your cables,

Hook them up with out the splitter etc.
