Tunze shaft

Roger i was hoping you can help or anyone else. On my tunze 1073.110 the drive unit shaft has disconnected from the white wheel. The pump is less than 6 months old. What can I do to get it back up and running?

Please call us, I am out sick, but Craig is in, 512-833-7546. The only way to fix this is to replace this part. Be careful that no debris can get in the pump, this will usually happen if something stopped the impeller and it then stripped off the magnet/shaft. We will replace it under warranty but for reference this part costs half of what the pump costs as it is a huge rare earth magnet.
