I have a 20L soon to be SPS only nano. With the sump, the total water volume would be around 35 gallons. I'm using an ASM mini skimmer right now with Sedra 2500 and I am just not happy with it's performance.
I want to upgrade to a new skimmer and have mostly decided on a Tunze. Would the Nano 9002 outskim the ASM mini? There is a significant price difference between the 9002 and 9005, so if there is a significant performance difference, then I'd definitely opt for the 9005. But for my size tank with a low-medium bio-load, would it be worth going with the 9005 over the Nano 9002? Anyone have experience with these skimmers?
