When do you expect the new controller to be available in the US?

The last update I got was about 10 days ago and it was mid October, but I was not clear on whether that meant I would have them mid month or they will ship mid month (which would mean late October in stock). They have not shipped yet, but release is imminent. The last time I spoke to Mr. Tunze the manual writing was all that was unfinished, all parts to begin assembly were in stock and the program was finalized except for some translations.

Thanks Roger. From the little I've read on it, it sounds like it would be perfect for me.

More features have been added, it will be able to do redox as well but it will be a choice between redox or pH as it only has one BNC port. It will also be able to be accessed remotely, but this requires setting up a VPN, at or shortly after the release we should have a Youtube video walking through how to set this up. This is done for security as it is the most secure way to set up a remote connection.

Just got a new 9012 doc skimmer it is really loud and getting worse any ideas

The most probable would be that the depth is not correct, 1/3-1/2 of the intake grate under the cup should be submerged. Please let me know if that is or is not the issue.

It has just been released into the UK. Seriously looking at getting one. Its £240 ($300 approx)

I was told to expect them the first week of February in the US. They have started to ship.
