Tunze Stream - Crack on magnet

Tunze,

I have a Tunze Turbelle NanoStream 6025 and I noticed it doesn't sit well in the magnet. I took the magnet out and noticed the clamp/claw piece has a crack in it (which is why it isn't holding it tight).

Can I get a replacement (or is there a site I can go to and order a replacement)? Does it have a specific part number?

Just to be clear, I've included a photo of the piece in question. It is the claw/clamp part of the magnet that sits inside the tank.

I've had a few of these crack on me.
I thought there was a change in the mold which was causing the cracking?
Right now i have one spare backup.
I get nervous to move or take my 6025 out of the tank for cleaning for fear of breaking another one.
Do you have any tips to prevent it from happening?

The new ones have completely solved the old problems we had with cracking and breaking. It's probably a good idea that I send you a new one to be sure that it doesn't happen again.
