Hello,

I have a Tunze Stream 6100 that stopped working a week or two ago. It started emitting a beeping/alarm noise and there is no output coming from it.

Do you have any idea what I can do to figure out what the problem may be?

Usually this means it is stuck or dirty. Hopefully you didn't leave it plugged in in this condition or further damage may have occured. Please remove the drive unit and clean the pump, pay attention to the upper bearing and the hole in the center of the magnet and make sure both are free of debris and the rotor spins freely on the upper bearing and they are not stuck togethher.

Same thing happen to me. But it was plugged for a day. I was called from my wife, ask her to unplugged. but she didn't do it.

When I was back, alarm was gone, transformer and blue box were hot. I clean the motor with vinegar as usual, but motor is not working.

Is it means something bad happen?

@ cspark:
Same thing more or less happened to me twice (stream 6000 and electronic 7400). The driver (blue box) got *extremely* hot. Had to have the driver exchanged, been working since then.
