Tunze Stream not working?

I was on vacation this weekend and when I returned I noticed one of my Tunze Streams 6100 was not working. The mulicontroler7095 did not have the alarm going off so I'm not sure what happened. I removed the propeller and cleaned everything up. When I reinstalled and plugged it in it only did a 1/4 turn and stopped moving. I can feel a slight vibration from the unit but it will not move. What should I do? Is there a way to reset or did something get burned out?

unplug it from the controller and see if it goes full blast, you can also try swapping the transformer to another known good pump (not a good transformer on the maybe bad pump, don't wanna burn up a good transformer ) and see if it works doing the process of elimination.

As Jetcat said you can test this way to source the problem, I suspect the pump motor block.
