Tunze stream settings

I was wondering if I could get people to share their stream settings? I wanted to see what other people were using to get some ideas on what to set mine at. My tank is 36.5 x 26 x 16 rimlesssps tank. I am trying to get good flow without splashing water out of the tank.

Before playing with the stream settings make sure you have each set to 3v-8v in the 1-10v settings.

What model streams do you have an how many?

In my 75g (48 x 18 x 20), I have nocturnal decrease of current enabled. I have 2x6000 streams each dedicated to one group both set a right-angled waves for 2 seconds.

Reefrocker Live,
I do have the 1-10v settings set at 3-8v.

I have 2 x 6100 streams in my tank. In my previous tan, which was similar size, I was using the tunze multi controller and had it set for the interval 2. Not sure what that would correspond to on the profilux controller. I will try and find the tunze manual online.

I do have the nocturnal decrease of current enabled. It kicks in one hour after the lights go off. I have a pump in each group. Both groups are set for short right angled waves at 6 seconds.

Check out the attached file. I get a great wave.

I would think a type of surge; perhaps with a couple of Tunze type pumps on one side of the tank, then a strong surge for 30 seconds or so, then a minute or two of calm or low flow then another strong surge. A surge box/device will do this also.

You can program a surge with your Profilux and Tunzes.
