Tunze Stream

I have a 92 gallon corner reef tank. I just purchased 2 Tunze Stream 6100. I am wondering if two NanoStream Turbelle® nanostream 6045
(6045.000) would be sufficient. The Streams are really expensive and the magnetic mounting hardware is an additional $100.

Does anyone have any experience with the Nanostream 6045?

I think the 6100 streams are too powerful for you tank. It does depend on what you want ot keep but unless youre going barebottom with all SPS corals then I would suggest getting something with less GPH. If you dont need them asap I would probably wait for the 6055 nanostreams and get them when they come out. I have the 6045 nanos and they are very nice. I have a 75 and between that and my return I have a very nice flow pattern but Ihave mostly LPS, Zoas, a couple softies and a few SPS strategically placed. For a professionals advice you could ask the man himself, Roger, the Tunze RC spokesperson in the TUnze forum. He'll give you an answer.

Only problem with the 6055 is that they arent due to hit the selves til end of Feb.
