Tunze Streams

What kind of wave features does the single Tunze Stream 6000 w/ controller have? How can the pump be set to turn on/off? How often? Can you set it to go on and off at different strengths as well? Info please


Also..Is there a set with two TS 6000's and a controller with all of the features?

No set with 2 6000's but no reason you cannot piece one together.

The Single controller lets you set two speeds between 100% and 30% and a number of seconds between 1 and 7 between the two speeds- that is all. You get a foodtimer and the option of a night mode that switches it to the second speed until the lights come back on.

What speeds would you recommend for the 2 settings on a 60 in long mixed reef. It will have soft, lps, and some sps. I have some other current in the tank already.

I recommend alternating speeds max 100% and min 30% and 7 seconds pulse time.

Yes, the wider the difference the more turbulence. I like a slightly faster 3-4 seconds.
