tunze wave box broke again

this thing is not even 6 months old and it is not working again i sent it in for repair in august now it is not working again the red light just flickers and pump is not working what do i do now pay another 15 dollers to ship it once again is this a normal thing with these seems to be

Troyman, that is not normal. Check with Roger to see what is going on with your pump... I never have anything like that happen to me before...

jar head do you own the company i am waiting to send this back to be fixed once more i tried calling them all day no one answers or calls you back all i no is this is been in use for only 5 months and it aint working again why are you concerned you gonna send me a new one or what i think its the controleer this time i said i dont know i dont make them for such a expensive product i expected more sorry

Troy, i think you are misunderstanding . I am just a hobbyist but i know a little it about tunze stream and wavebox. I just want to help with your issue because it is very strange that you have all that problem within the couple months period. I don't have a controller to send you or i don't believe the controller can go bad so fast. Again, i have been using the product for over 5yrs without any issue with either the controller or the pumps. I just want to know exactly with the issue is so i can advice.

I know you don't make the controller and i understand your frustration but i doesn't help much when you don't try to describe the issue. I have a few question.

1. Do you see any light on the controller?

2. Is the pump running without the controller?

3. Is your controller connected into a light sensor?

BTW, they are closed for X-mas the 25, and 26 and they don't open on the weekend. Your best bet is Monday...

the pump light blinks a little the the pump does come on for a second i took light sensor off it still does not work there is no way i can check to see if pump is bad because there is only 1 way to plug it in and thats through the controller

Just unplug it from the controller. The pump will run continuous without the controller. Give it a try then let me know... I am trying to narrow down the issue for you bro...

pump does stay on when it hooked back into controller it does not dont know whats up

when it hooked to control it dont work when i use directly it does the lights are on on the controller itself but when i hook pump to controller it stops so has to be controller

Troy, so when you remove the pump off the controller it run at full blast. But when you hook it up into the controller it does not run even when the lights on the controller are on? Just give me a call so i can better understand you. I'll send PM with my number
