Tunze Wavebox

I have a Tunze Wavebox and wonder whether I shall drive with nightmode or not. What is best for anemones?

My aquarium is of 980 litres, I also have a Tunze turbelle stream which is on continuously without nightmode.

My anemones always change their position when I change the flow, so I think it's better to let the flow be the same all the time.
Otherwise I don't think it'll make any difference. I never run the nightmode myself.
