tunze wavebox

hi my name is brett.I have a55gallon reef tank.I was thinking of
getting the wavebox by tunze for my 55 gallon tank.would that be okay to get.

It will work provided the tank is glass and without perimeter braces but the wave will be only about 3/4" high and given the dimensions of 5" square and 11" tall it will look rather bulky. I would probably advise a couple 7300/2 and a multicontroller instead. It isn't the same effect but will give you very good circulation.
