Long story short: I bought a Nano Wavebox. I set it up in my tank. I loved it. It stopped working. I realized my cat had chewed through the power cord, the part of the cord that was now in the tank. I was heartbroken.
I sent the whole thing back to Tunze, with a message saying essentially: If you can fix it, let me know how much I owe you. If you can't, you can keep it.
A week later I have a fixed wavebox sitting on my doorstep.
