looking to upgrade on my 55 gallon reef but not sure exactly wich model tunez i should get....any suggestions?

tunze makes rodi systems, skimmers., lights, pumps, sumps, ATO's, etc. you get the model that you think best fits your needs, but they are all well engineered

Assuming you mean powerheads, check out the tunze nanostreams, I have 2 6025s in my 65 gal. They are 620 gph each.
I think the 6045s are ~1200 gph. Neither are controllable though.
