Turbelle Electr. 7400 - Just Installed - Lots of Noise

Hi,
I just Installed my new turbelle electronic 7400/2 and it makes a lot of noise, specially when punsing higher.

Well I have a sillent aquarium and now, my wife, you know, shue hits hard...

Is this normal when they are new ? Anything I can do to reduze noise ?

In the manual says one week or so to reduze noise but I wasnÃ"šÃ‚´t expecting so much noise with this pump.

Any help?

Probably a piece of the drive unit is not fitted correctly due to movement in shipping. Push in the collar and the drive unit, install the drive unit under water so no air is inside. Let it run and the noise will go away.

Just to say thanks.

I desmonted what I could (carefully) and remonted and , I donÃ"šÃ‚´t know Wy the big noise is gone. Maybe like you said some part out of order. Big difference now. Some noise but acceptable.
