Turbelle stream kit

Roger,

I am getting a 110 gal 60" x 24" x 18" Oceanic aquarium next sunday. I would like to do the turbelle stream kit would just 1 6100 be enough flow for SPS or would I need to go up to 2 6100's?

Thats what I was afraid of..................mucho deniro........lol Nobody said this was gonna be a cheap hobby right. I'm glad I got a deal on the tank and lights so I can drop a bit more cash on the powerheads.

Myself, for a 5ft aquarium I would use either one 6100 or two 6000, the 2 6000 of course would be better because the flow could come from one side than the other. The 6000's flow carries about 4ft and the 6100 about 7ft. I generally try to stick with the 6000 in anything less than 6ft long. The big question is what do you intend to keep and what other sources of flow will you have?

Roger that sounds pretty good about the 2 6000's i will be keeping a number of fish of course and looking to go mostly SPS and LPS with clams. I am going to be pushing around 520 gph through the sump and returns as well. Still sound ok?
