Turbo snails all died?

Have had my tank up for over 3 weeks now, added 4 big turbo snails and hermits and emerald crab and a damsel.

I did my first water change on Sunday along with alot of reorginization, after the water cleared up I noticed most of my turbo snails were upside down, so I flipped them over and they have not moved for 2 days now, just sitting on the sand.

The hermits have not bothered them and I can still see their bodies inside their shells, I reorganized again today and moved them all together in a clump hopefully they will move over night, if not should I consider them dead?

Everything else seems to be doing fine and I have reorganized the tank like 5x now but this is the first time the snails have freaked out, the non-turbos are going all over the place

turbo snails are a coldwater species and die quickly in tropical temps.also 3 weeks is not a very long cycling period it should be cycled for atleast two months.

My tank is usually 78-80 F
Is that too warm for turbo snails?
