Turbo Snails Keep Flipping Over

My tank has been setup for about 9 months and I haven't seen too much of my snails being flipped upside down. For some reason over the past 3 days or so I've been having to flip over my snails about 5 times a day. Is there anything that could be causing this? The strange thing is a friend is having the same problem. She has lost 3 turbo snails within a week from them being upside down and is still continuing to have to flip them over daily.

Double check your salinity with another hydrometer/refractometer, you could have low SG. Also, throw in a Polyfilter to pull out any possible copper that may have found its way into your system - grazers are usually the first to exhibit symptoms as algae are a sink for Cu.
