turbo venturi kit for maxijet

Hi,

I'm wondering if you can tell me how I should connect the turbo venturi kit to the maxijet. I'm planning on using it on the bakpak2 but can't seem to make it fit. The maxijet fits exactly into the intake but I have no where to put the venturi kit then. Do I need an adapter or something?

Hi John,

The venturi kit goes into the intake of the pump, where the impeller is. That strainer looking part that is tapered in just slides into the intake, then you attach the airline to the center of the stainer and run out of your tank and attach air valve. Then you'll be up and running.

Start with air wide open, then slowly cut back until your level in the backpak is where you want it.
