twirling fish?

I have a fish that twirls around only when it's lit with actinics or no lights. Here is a video I shot of it:

Does anyone know why this happens? The fish is not dead and acts perfectly normal when the lights are all on.

Ill Bet you have been dosing too much vodka,, LOL,, just keep watchin it, i think it has a bladder problem, Let us know !!!

It's been doing it for several months, that's an older video but it's still doing it as of tonight.

It might have a neurological problem. I'd usually have attributed such erratic behavior to low oxygen levels, but if that was the case your other fish would act strange as well.
