I am in the process of breaking down my two 12 gallon JBJ original Nano Cubes. They have been used for about two years. They are in working order I just need to spend more time working on my other tanks. They would work well as a beginner tank, kid's room tank, frag tank, or even a quarantine tank.
The nano cube has the integrated filter with ceramic rings, carbon bag, bioballs, and pump. One 24W compact fluorescent 4-straight pin lamp in hood. The sand and gravel are included to keep the good bacteria so the tank is ready to go. There is also the extra skimmer piece to filter the water off the top. I can provide a little live rock and macro algae if desired. Just add saltwater! A small heater will fit the in back if you need. I am asking $50 each.
I plan to bring them to the frag swap. Though I would be open to a local pickup near downtown Nashville, as the frag swap is often busy and I will have enough to carry already. The tanks measure about 14 x 16 x 15 inches. Here is a day zero startup picture. I'll add a few pictures later after my light timers kick on.
