Alright, I read the sticky at the top of the forum, but seeing as RC will not let me post on the vendor experiences forum, I'm doing it here.
I want to know if any one here has had or knows anyone who has had experience dealing with a company called Tyd-Pool Marine.
I have heard about them on other forums (monster fish-keepers etc.) but this is my first experience and I'm getting worried. I have ordered and paid the 50% deposit on 2 300G acrylic tanks, and have paid the balance and shipping on one to have it shipped. I paid before christmas, and still have no BOL or other shipping info. Now I cannot reach them at all (full voicemail). Are these guys just slow or what?
