Tyree undata poor polyp extension

So today is the second day now where my tyree undata montipora has virtually no polyp extension. It was fine a few days ago, and then it seemed like all the polyps were retracted. I thought a hermit crab walked on it just before I saw it for the first time but now know that isn't the case. Any one have any ideas? All other corals are fine including other montipora.

Nitrates 3ppm
Po4. 0.04
Ecotech radion G4 xr15 running ab+ 60 %
40x turnover rate for flow. Usually the polyps are swaying in the current.

How long you had this coral and is this the first occurrence?

Its all just a guessing game/trial and error..

I have had it a bit less than a year. Interesting enough it seems to be rebounding slowly. I changed out my carbon just in case but nothing else. Will change some water tomorrow anyways.

And just like magic it seems fine. I don't get it. Maybe the fresh carbon helped
