Ugh. Black foot. Trouble?

So this is the bottom of my maxima. She's been looking ok these days but I've also been fighting either cyano or dinos. Yes, this black stuff is also all around the sand.

Stringy. I pulled a bit off of her foot here. I can't tell if some of the sand attached to her are pyramidal snails. Need to investigate further on that front.

Recommended course of action here?

Keep it high up in the rock work and see if it's foot turns white and attaches to the structure. If not that doesn't look normal on a clams foot. If it truly is a maxima which is impossible to tell from your picture they don't belong in the sand.

Update: I let her be on the sand as that's rather where it seemed she wanted to be. Every time I put her on a rock - the next morning she'd be in the sand. I'm also fighting a bit of cyano/dino outbreak as well which covers the rocks.

So I trimmed/scraped (not cut) some of the stuff off of her foot and cleaned her up and found a fresh rock for her. I kept putting her back up for 2-3 days after she fell off the rock. As of now she's still on the rock and rather attached (I see the filaments attached to rock).

Sooooo...I'm guessing she's OK. The cyano/dino is subsiding a bit as well.
