Uhhhhhh Tropic Marin Bio Actif Salt 200G???

Hey I ordered this salt Friday and today it came.... It came in a random white 5 Gallon Bucket. The only thing on this bucket is my shipping sticker with my address....

Man there could be anything in this thing!!!!! I think for almost $100 it could atleast have a label on it stating it was Tropic Marin! Hell its $124 shipped so it makes it the most expensive salt!

I honestly dont know if I feel comfortable even using it truely....

Has anyone else ordered this salt and did you recieve it like I did? On the website it shows the bucket its suppose to come in. Mine looks like it could be Laundry Detergent:hammer:

Christ even crappy IO comes in a bucket clearly stating what it is....

Hi,

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds like one of two things happened during transit.... either the handle broke, and UPS pulled the internal bag that it ships in and put into a different bucket, or UPS cracked the bucket it originally comes in, and put the bag into a different bucket. Is the bag that the salt is in now the original, clear bag that is contained within the bucket?

There is no bag. The salt is thrown into this white bucket by it self. The salt itself has ..... "stuff" in it besides salt upon further inspection. Gravel, Pieces of Leaf, and what looked to be a plastic you would find on the end of a shoelace....

This is the bucket. It is broken on the sides as well... dunno if the picture shows this clearly....

Spoke to Jeremy and he is getting me out another bucket asap. That is excellent customer service right there!! I know this was definitely a UPS issue and they probably smashed the bucket during travel.
