UK power bar

Hi, I have a 4 port UK power bar and 1 of the channels appears to no longer take a timer. The indicator led works as per the timer on the bar, however the channel is always live, any ideas?

Plugged into socket is refugium light.

contact the distributors Monitors Direct Ltd (My old company).

Could be just a fuse, worth checking

many thanks, Just had time to take lid off, all fuses ok.

Tapped the relay's though, reassembled and all well again, for time being.

Being in the uK, what is the warrenty period like for these units? Who would I return to for repair?

Basic GHL with this 4 bar was bought 2nd hand about 1 month ok. Amazing piece of kit

You will have to talk to Steve at Monitors Direct Ltd regarding warranty, it will be his shout concidering the unit is second hand so there is no way of knowing what the life it has had before hand and how old it is, if you have a sticky relay it sounds like very high loads have been placed on that socket outlet.

But give him a shout tomorrow and I am sure he will make you happy!
