UK Zoa ID please

Got a few on this rock, I know flaming sun is one and I have either VDM or KO nightmare, or both.

Finding it so hard to tell the difference between these 2 and which is which.

Any help available?

Just look in CP, from your pic with so much blue hard to tell the real color of it under normal or white lighting

There's no difference with the colours on CP.

I'm really struggling to tell the difference between VDM and KO nightmares.

If I could just tell by looking at the two different polyps on CP or on a vendors site I wouldn't have stated an ID thread.

I can't differentiate.

Can someone please tell me what the different characteristics are between VDM and KO's ??
