Ultimate letdown

My Gen 3 Radion failed Thursday. After what I thought was supreme customer service and a fast replacement I was let down. I received another noon functioning light. So my tank has been with one PC bulb for the better part of three days it will continue to suffer. Corals and my RBTA continue to lose color and photosynthesis. OMG I haven't been this mad in a long time. I think this is the absolute worst way of handling my situation. As expensive as Ecotech is I figured they would straighten this out in a timely manner. I also own a MP10 and a Reeflink. I am starting to wonder if I am going to have troubles with them as well.

But after owning two different companys light one high end and one middle of the raod ,I went back to metal halides. With the cost saving,s of leds what a joke. My total purchase price was 10 k the first time lost it all . Secont time 18 units at 300.00 each another set of burnt out units. Where is the savings. I have spare ballasts and bulbs home no down time.
 
I hear ya. This is my first venture into LED as I was always into MH. This is also my first Ecotech products. I bought a MP10 and a reeflink at the same time. I am really worried about my decision.

I would not be concerned about any of your EcoTech products, and I apologize about the situation. Please contact our customer service department today to rectify the situation.
 
Rob got with me today via e-mail. He has taken the next step in getting the situation resolved. I will update this thread with any new information. I am not trying to degrade Ecotech or the products they manufacture.
 
Ecotech has completely alleviated any concern that I may have had. After quick response and replacement I am back up and running. Rob has been nothing but absolutely awesome in everything he has done. Thank you Rob and Ecotech.
