Ultra Marin makes my water cloudy :(

I use ultramarine gorgonian and f powders in my feeding regimen, and I'm a little annoyed by how cloudy my water always is now. I was think of adding small amounts of vitamin c, which I used in my mixed reef for zoanthid propagation- it used to make the water crystal clear-but not sure if it may negatively affect my nps... Has anyone figured out how to resolve the cloudiness some other way??

That's how lots of food particles look... cloudy

As a side note, algae give off vitamin C. So cultivating more algae will put more C into the water.

I use Ultra Min F and Ultra Sea Fan. Both make the water "dirty"; more so than cloudy, after feeding but it quickly clears up. Within an hour or so and I feed a LOT of it, when I do. How high is the water turnover rate in your tank? If it's lingering for more than a few hours, that could be a problem. Are you running carbon?
