Unable to Delete EB4

We have done some testing with a new EB4 to see if it was the base unit issue or an issue with the new EB4 I got last week. Turns out to be the base and I have to send it back to Neptune Systems.

The problem I am having now is the new EB4 which is no longer connected is still showing up in the module list. When I try to delete it nothing happens but a new screen that flashes every few seconds like it is working. However it never deletes the module.

I have tried to restart the controller and I have tried to delete the module and let it sit there flashing all night. I woke up to it still flashing and the module still there.

Any ideas?

You can use the Init Aquabus feature, it will wipe out all modules and re-acquire any that are attached. This will also erase any programming associated with those modules. If they re-acquire in the proper order a previously saved config file should restore the programming, but I would manually copy the programming to a text file as additional backup. See the New Users Guide for the menu sequence to issue the command.
